How the Bonneville models differ
The T100 and T120 are the classic Bonnevilles, and they look gorgeous anywhere you park them. Both are upright and comfortable, with the same 31.1 in seat height and 3.8 gal tank. The T100 runs the 900cc High Torque twin with 64.1 hp and 59 lb-ft, KYB 41mm cartridge forks and Nissin brakes with Optimized Cornering ABS, at a wet weight of 503 lb. It is a sweet, easygoing engine with a lovely bark. The T120 steps up to the 1200cc engine with 78.9 hp and 77 lb-ft, and that extra torque makes every roll-on a pleasure. It brings twin Brembo front calipers and single-button cruise control at 514 lb.
The Bobber and Speedmaster share the 1200cc High Torque twin with 78 lb-ft, Showa 47mm cartridge forks, Brembo front brakes and cruise control, and both sit you lower. The Bobber is the stripped-back custom, as stunning to look at as it is thrilling to ride, with a floating solo seat at 27.2 to 27.6 in, hidden rear suspension and a 3.7 gal tank, at 551 lb wet. The Speedmaster is the relaxed cruiser of the family, with forward foot controls, swept-back beach bars and a seat of 27.8 in, at 584 lb. Feet forward and torque on tap, it makes a lazy Sunday ride feel special.
All four keep the torque-assist clutch, ride-by-wire and Road and Rain riding modes. Classic looks over genuinely modern engineering is exactly what makes a Bonneville so easy to fall for.
