Picking up on our campus
We get it ready
Setup, a full inspection and a test ride by our techs, so it leaves ready to ride.
Paperwork, then the walkaround
We sign the paperwork, then go over the controls, the electronics and the first-service schedule with you, on the bike.
Ride it home
Or have a friend ride it, or bring a trailer. We’ll help you load it.
What to bring
- Your driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement, if you’re riding it home
- Proof of insurance for the bike; call your insurer before you come
- Your helmet and riding gear, or pick some up in our gear store while you’re here
- Your trade-in, its title or loan details and both keys, if you’re trading
Delivery
Can’t make it to North Orange County, or don’t have a way to get the bike home? Ask us about delivery options for your address. We’ll tell you what’s possible, how long it takes and what it costs before you decide.
Already own a bike? Our service department will pick up or deliver your bike for service, free. That’s separate, on the service page.
