How it works
Give us your VIN
On a parts request, at the counter or on the phone. The VIN tells us exactly how your bike was built.
We confirm the fit
Our parts team checks the part against the factory diagram for your VIN and tells you it fits.
If it doesn’t fit, we make it right
Bring it back within 30 days, unused and uninstalled, and we’ll swap it for the right part or refund it in full, shipping included.
What’s covered
Covered: genuine parts and accessories that SCM’s parts team confirmed for your VIN, bought from SCM, returned within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition with their packaging.
Not covered: parts chosen without our confirmation, parts that have been installed, painted or modified, electrical parts once connected, special-order parts you changed your mind about, and bikes modified from factory spec in a way you didn’t tell us about.
Fitted by our service department? Then the fit is ours to get right, with no 30-day limit on the fit itself.
