I had a five star experience with the service team at Southern California Motorcycles. Chad went out of his way to help me. My Triumph had an outdated warranty for a clutch part, and the team managed to coordinated a good faith offer so instead of $2,000 it cost me NOTHING. They team did the install of the replacement part, kept my bike while the part was shipped from overseas, and washed it with no charge for their time and labor. They have won my loyalty and I recommend them highly for their integrity and good work. Thank you Southern California Motorcycles!

I simply want to thank, Kyle, for his professionalism, genuine interest in helping me find the right ride, and for the kindness he showed to me and other customers. I purchased a bike recently from SoCal, which is now my second from the dealership. John Paul is amazing as a sales person. I've enjoyed going here enough that I bought a used Honda Monkey, then a new Speed 400 for my GF, then a new Speed Triple 1200 RS for myself. I think 2 more notches on my card and I get a free bike, right? Lol

I normally do not leave "testimonials" but my experience with Southern California Motorcycles and especially Larry Garcia warrants one. Outstanding Dealership, great staff and over all a very pleasant experience. If I didn't live so far away I would spend at least a couple of days a week just hanging around.

My buying experience at this dealership was excellent. John sold me the bike, and when making my decision, the dealer, Tom Hicks happened to come out and convinced me. I was brought to the business manager who took care of the paperwork, then led to parts where I ordered accessories. My final meet was with Chad the Service Manager. On my way home I experienced a minor problem. I called Chad, he had what I needed the next day and I was down the road and happy. After negative dealership experiences in the past, this dealership was a breath of fresh air.

Ouch!! I just laid down a few hundred bucks for necessary repairs. But hey... ain't nothin' free in life. Fortunately the shop manager Chad was informative and professional throughout the process. Though I grew up on dirtbikes I have only been on road bikes for 10,000 miles. So it is cool to know that the whole staff is friendly and patient with newbie questions. Year 2002 Triumph Bonneville T100 bought used for $3,000 elsewhere. I had a chain replacement, stuck oil plug swap out, oil change, wiring repair to rear signals and brake lights. They also gave me a fair estimate for a carburetor service if I want to throw down some more cash later for a non-emergency repair that would potentially make the bike run better. No pressure.

Larry Garcia was amazing. I came from 2.5 hours away, and did all negotiations over the phone before hand. I expected your usual shady dealer to have things switched when I arrived, however Larry's paperwork was exactly as promised to the penny. He walked me through the entire bike and introduced me to everyone at the dealer, and called to make sure I made it home safe. All of my future Ducati purchases will be made through him and only him

I had a great experience at this shop. My brother in law and I wanted some in-demand bikes and they found us exactly the motorcycles we wanted. We were coming from out of town and they made the experience really easy. Every member of the staff was attentive and professional. It was one of the best buying experiences I could imagine. We drove four hours to get there and four hours to get home and I would buy from them again.

I had the perfect buying experience here at SoCal motors. I purposely drove out of my way past 3 other dealerships to do business here simply because they had no dealer mark up. All transparency, no price haggling BS. It does not feel like you're purchasing from a used car dealership here with slimy tactics and bait and switch (riverside Harley). Rob quoted me a price through email and it was the exact same price he gave me in person, and was still able to knock a couple hundred off msrp. The purchasing process was straightforward: credit application, run numbers, walk around for a bit while everything processes, exchange money, ride off into the sunset. I will recommend and praise this spot everywhere for all who will listen. Thanks y'all

Shout out to Larry Garcia, sales. I found an advertised price on the internet for a 2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 GT PRO that was substantially below MSRP but also claimed no dealer fees. I was skeptical. Larry assured me over the phone the bike was ready for delivery at that price plus tax, title, license. I asked him to send me an OTD price I could write the check for. On arrival the bike was as advertised, no last minute add ons. While waiting for service to update the computer for delivery, Larry introduced me to service and parts personnel. Painless and honest process was promised and delivered. I believe Larry's strongest attributes was his honesty and the fact he is a rider and was able to answer my questions with confidence and knowledge of the product. I got a great bike and made a new friend. Thank You Larry!

I had the best experience buying a motorcycle from Southern California Motorcycles. Larry Garcia is an awesome guy who treats his customers like family. I came down from Vegas as the dealers local to me didn't have the Street Triple in the yellow color that I wanted. Larry was very thorough in making sure the bike was ready when I got there and that I knew everything I needed to know regarding its features.After picking the bike up I made my way to ride it back home, and shortly after I left I noticed a small coolant leak due to a faulty hose clamp from the factory. I texted Larry who made sure that their tow guy came to pick me up quickly and have their tech sort the bike out quickly. They did an excellent job of fixing the issue promptly, and Larry also made sure they helped pay for my hotel as it was getting later in the day and I decided to make my return home in the morning.Overall I'm really happy with the bike and the customer service I received. Next time I'm in the area I will be sure to let Larry know and we can go for a ride. He is very passionate about motorcycles and riding and it shows in his customer service. I bought a Triumph Truxton Final Edition from this delearship. Larry is amazing. I did not feel pressured purchasing the bike. Very friendly. Introduced me to alot of people there from service to parts department. i felt welcomed to that delearship. Cool staff. No mark up with the price. Excellent experience! i would highly recommend this delearship.

I contacted Southern California Motorcycles through the internet requesting information on a 2023 Rocket 3 GT, asking specific questions about availability and pricing. I promptly received detailed information from John Pucciarelli, including that the bike was in stock and all purchase costs, with out-the-door pricing at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Within two hours I was at SCM in Brea, and about two and a half hours later was riding my new Rocket 3 home. I have purchased 6 or 8 motorcycles and 14 or 16 cars and trucks over the past 40 years. I have not had a purchase go as smoothly and quickly as my experience with SCM. I did not need financing, but Brian in Finance provided a good price on an extended warranty, which I accepted. Albert in Parts promptly and politely provided a printout on added components I may wish to add at a later date, which will make those purchases convenient to make when the time comes. I highly recommend SCM to anyone contemplating the purchase of a new motorcycle.

John and the manager Chris were very helpful in getting me through the purchase. I received a fantastic deal, free delivery of my bike, and prompt, courteous knowledgable help. They even face-timed with me to go over the bike in detail as I paid cash online and didn't get to go into the dealership...yet anyway. I'm planning to have them customize the bike to my specific needs. Overall 5 STAR all the way. Thanks guys! I love my Tiumph Speedmaster Gold Line!!!

I am what you would call an informed buyer- meaning I do a lot of homework before making purchases of this nature. Given that information I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Socal motorcycles. I worked with Mike & Chris and both were very helpful throughout the process. Mike is a very nice guy and knows his stuff and what I appreciated most about Chris was that he was to the point and honest up front. All in all I am more than happy to be the proud owner of a Scrambler Full Throttle. I would buy from this dealership again in a heartbeat.
