Trusted by insurers and manufacturers
We’re a preferred repair shop for AAA, Geico, Progressive, Mercury, Farmers, State Farm, Safeco, Foremost, Allstate and more. After a crash, bring your bike and your claim number and we’ll work with your insurer.
Manufacturers trust us with their press fleets, the bikes journalists ride and review. If they trust us with their most important bikes, you can trust us with yours.
How booking works
Tell us about your bike
Book online or call. Tell us the bike, the miles and what it needs, and whether you’d like us to pick it up.
We confirm a time
A service advisor calls or texts to confirm the day, and the pickup time if you asked for one.
We call before extra work
If we find something beyond what you booked, we call you first. Nothing extra is done without your OK.

Free recall and warranty check
Own a bike, or thinking of buying one? Send us the VIN and we’ll check it for open recalls and service bulletins, its factory warranty status, and whether an extended warranty is available. Free, for any Triumph, Ducati, Royal Enfield or Suzuki.
The VIN is 17 characters, on the frame by the steering head and on your registration.
Questions riders ask
Do you work on bikes you didn’t sell?
Yes. We service all makes and models, not only the four brands we sell, and we still look after Victory owners. Bring it in or ask us to pick it up.
Does servicing here keep my factory warranty?
Yes. We are a factory-authorized dealer for Triumph, Ducati, Royal Enfield and Suzuki, so warranty and recall work on those brands is done right here, with genuine parts.
How does free pickup or delivery work?
Tell us when you book. We’ll pick your bike up, or deliver it back when it’s done, free. Ask us how far we go from our campus.
How much will it cost?
It depends on your bike and what it needs, so we give you a quote before we start, and we call you before doing anything you didn’t approve.
How long will it take?
Many routine jobs are done the same day; bigger jobs and parts orders take longer. We’ll give you a time when you drop it off and keep you posted.
