The Speed Twin 1200 is the sports-minded modern classic, a hot rod roadster with the manners to ride every day. Its 1200cc twin makes 103.5 hp and 82.6 lb-ft right in the mid-range, so every roll-on feels strong and every corner exit feels quick.
For 2025 a significant engine update adds 5 hp, and the front end steps up to 43mm Marzocchi upside-down forks with cartridge damping. Optimized Cornering ABS, Road and Rain riding modes, cast aluminum wheels and an aluminum swingarm come standard, with a color TFT screen and a USB charging socket built into the display.
At 476 lb with a 31.7-inch seat it turns in eagerly and stays easy to manage at walking pace. Commute on it all week and it still feels special on Sunday morning, when the road opens up and that mid-range torque gets to do its thing.
