I just visited the Triumph factory in England, and was absolutely impressed and amazed at what I experienced. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly, professional, clean and looking good in their uniforms. And, every one of them seemed truly happy to be working there. Every desk, office, room, machine and display was clean, organized and pleasant to see.
The atmosphere that John and Nick Bloor, Paul Stroud and their incredible staff have created is a wonder to behold! It is easy to see why they create the best motorcycles on the market.
I am “old school” and this kind of business model is exactly what I want. I have aspired to create this same kind of atmosphere for Southern California Triumph for 23 years now.
